      In a conversation with professionals in the medical, academic and research sectors, the Rivard Report invites you to our second annual Medical Forum luncheon titled: The Growing Impact and Importance of San Antonio's Billion-Dollar Research Collaborative. The program will begin with keynote speaker Dr. Byron C. Hepburn, Maj. Gen., U.S. Air Force Ret. addressing the current state of research collaborations between local military and civilian institutions.
